
Zurich Sales Conference
Objectives
Organize and produce a six night conference for 450 sales managers and guests while creating an atmosphere of excitement during the launch of two new divisions within Zurich Financial Services.
Solutions
SportsMark designed and coordinated a number of exceptional events throughout the six night program. Our creative services and operational teams produced original concepts and on-site execution of events including “Diamonds in the Desert”, a black-tie gala held in the open Arizona desert, a western theme party at a cowboy ranch, and a motivational speech by tennis legend Jimmy Connors.
After four nights in Arizona, SportsMark chartered three 757 aircraft from Scottsdale to the Grand Canyon for a private tour en route to Las Vegas. SportsMark created and produced a farewell party at the Bellagio, prior to guests enjoying Cirque du Soleil’s “O”. A variety of optional tours were also offered throughout the program.
Results
According to Zurich executives and guests, the conference was considered an absolute success. Post-event surveys found the convention to be “the best trip they have ever been on with Zurich”. The Grand Canyon trip organized by SportsMark was the largest private charter to tour the Grand Canyon.
