With great pleasure, we would like to announce the promotions of two of SportsMark’s senior managers on the operations team: Walter Dobrowolski and Willie Rodriguez.

Walter Dobrowolski, Managing Director, Europe
Based on Walt’s experience, dedication, and professionalism throughout his tenure at SportsMark, including managing SportsMark’s recent Olympic operations at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Walt has been promoted and will be moving to London to open SportsMark’s new office in early 2009. He will take on the position of Managing Director and oversee SportsMark’s preliminary Olympic operations in London, as well as our FIFA World Cup™ operations in South Africa.

Willie Rodriguez, Vice President, Events and Hospitality
With more than 15 years at SportsMark, Willie has been promoted to a leadership position on the Visa account team, as Vice President, Events and Hospitality. Willie’s focus will be on overseeing Visa’s Olympic programs and U.S. events. A veteran of nine Olympic Games, 5 World Cups, and dozens of major U.S. sporting events, Willie’s experience, customer service, and account management skills have earned him this well-deserved promotion.
